FRASAL TOOL CO., INC. was founded by Frank Giangrave in 1972 in response to the severe demand for form and special cutting tools.  Starting out in a 2-car garage FRASAL TOOL now operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility.   Over the years FRASAL TOOL has grown to be an approved manufacturer for major aerospace, biomedical, bearing, and automotive industries, etc.

We have received superior ratings from these companies because of our ability to ensure quality and delivery at competitive prices.  In the early 90’s FRASAL TOOL ventured out extending our capabilities to the manufacturing of parts, gages, tool fixtures, assemblies etc.

Subsequently, investing in areas of CNC Machining, CNC Turning, CNC Profile Grinding, and CNC Wire EDM (See CNC machining).

In the mid 90’s FRASAL TOOL began to offer our customers who demanded special form cutting tools with the option to convert to an Insertable form tool design with an interchangeable insert from a solid conventional type form tool (See Insertable Form Tools).

This transition eliminated long tool change times and resharp requirements.  Today, customers submit their part drawings and we build the tooling around our customers’ part geometry completely freeing them of design and engineering burdens.
